Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Drywall Assistant to support day-to-day operations across a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn the trade and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with drywall installation, including hanging, cutting, and measuring

• Perform demolition and site prep work

• Complete drywall patching and basic finishing tasks

• Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites

• Support warehouse organization, material prep, and inventory

• Follow direction while also working independently when needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Hands-on aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade

• Prior construction or drywall experience is a plus, but not required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality finishes with minimal supervision. This role requires someone who takes ownership of their work, works efficiently, and has a strong understanding of drywall finishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Finish drywall patches, repairs, and full installations to a high standard

• Tape, mud, sand, and blend repairs seamlessly into existing surfaces

• Match textures when required

• Set up and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Assist with material preparation and occasional warehouse organization as needed

Qualifications

• Prior drywall finishing experience required

• Ability to produce high-quality finishes with attention to detail

• Experience with patch work and repairs strongly preferred

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and extended periods of standing, reaching, and sanding
